申請日期：2025年7月10日起

所需文件
1. 填妥的申請表
2. 小五及小六成績表副本
3. 身分證副本
4. 獎狀或證書副本 (如適用)
5. 請勿遞交其他文件，包括推薦信

遞交方法
於辦公時間內交回本校校務處 (辦公時間： 星期一至五 09:00 - 16:30; 星期六 09:00 – 12:30; 星期日全日休息)

收生準則及比重
1. 學業成績 (30%)
2. 小學成績表評語及操行表現 (15%)
3. 面試表現 (30%)
4. 課外活動 (10%)
5. 獎項 (10%)
6. 屬會學校 (5%)

備註：
所有申請人均會獲邀面試。

1. the completed application form
2. copies of Primary 5 and Primary 6 School Report Cards
3. a copy of ID card
4. copies of certificates and awards (if applicable)
5. Please do NOT submit any other documents (including any recommendation letters).

Submission methods
Submit in person during office hours. (Office hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 16:30; Saturday 09:00 - 12:30; Closed all day on Sunday.)
