東區民政事務處自2014年起推出「東區青藤」計劃，旨在培養新一代領袖人才，拓展學員的個人潛能，並建構青年網絡。
本校學生彭泰總有幸參與其中，成為第九屆東區青藤計劃的其中一位青藤學員。在為期九個月的計劃裡，泰總與一眾青藤好友參加了一系列的參觀及分享活動、文化交流及外訪活動、工作坊及訓練、社會服務及職場體驗。豐富的活動經歷讓泰總開闊眼界，涵養知識，得到各方面的提升。
第九屆東區青藤計劃之畢業典禮已圓滿舉行。恭喜泰總順利畢業！相信泰總將帶着從青藤計劃中學到的點點滴滴，繼續邁向未來的人生旅程！
以下輯錄青藤畢業學員彭泰總的感想：
“Time flies and I am ready to complete the E-league programme in the blink of an eye. It’s my honour to be one of the students joining the programme this year. This project has really benefited me a lot, and the knowledge and experience I gained from this programme will be useful in the future.
In the programme, I participated in a series of activities including visits to government departments, public and private institutions, innovative technology exploration activities, traditional cultural experiences, social services and special studies with team members and more. The Shanghai exchange tour made the most profound and unforgettable impression on me. It was an eye-opener and also my first time visiting China. The whole trip was very fulfilling, and reflecting on it also benefited me a lot of gains. Understanding the ideas of different students also broadened my horizons.
Through these various activities, I overcame different obstacles, learned new skills, and became more independent and outgoing than before. Also, I am really grateful for the support and encouragement from different people leading me to move forward.
Finally, I would like to thank all the consultants, mentors and students I met in E- League programme, as well as the Eastern District Home Affairs Department and my school for allowing me to participate in this programme. In the future, I will work hard to implement the goals of the E-League programme and strive to explore my own path and contribute to society.”
